garlic roast chicken with rosemary and lemon

stuffed the chicken with:

1 whole garlic (unpeeled)
1/2 lemon
rosemary
1 whole onion (peeled)


outer skin of the chicken:
salt
pepper

inner skin of the chicken:
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
a stem of rosemary (cut into small/tiny pieces)
2 tbsp olive oil



rustic salad. waiting for the roasted brown bread.
a bunch of basil
2 tomatoes
2 cucumber (cut into thin)
1 onion (cut into thin)
seasoned with:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider (or white vinegar)
salt & pepper


Grilling.  Added the brown bread 10 minutes before the grilling is done.
