Pansit Guisado (my own version)

4 to 5 cloves of garlic

1 onion

1 carrots

1 red and 1 green pepper
1 small cabbage

Saute the garlic & onion

add the chicken breast (no skin)

Add a chicken broth cubes

Add 3 cups of water

Add the carrots

Add the red pepper, green pepper and the cabbage

rice sticks should be in the warm water for 10 minutes

drain the rice sticks

separate the vegies from the broth (don't throw the broth)

separated vegies

add the drained rice sticks to the broth, add soy sauce & oyster sauce (keep stirring until  broth absorb)

once broth has been absorb, add the vegies back and stir, until it blend, just like that picture.

in Philippines we use calamansi as our garnish, but since it is expensive here, we use lemon.
